به حاشيه‌راندگي، پيوست در فرهنگ راهبردي و شكل‌گيري بلوك تاريخي- تمدني شرق در نظام بين‌الملل

Marginalization, Continuity in Strategic Culture and Formation of the Historical-Civilizational Bloc of the East in the International System

با تسلط نظام بين‌الملل و تمدن غربي از سال 1500 ميلادي تاكنون، تمدن‌هاي كهن شرقي تجربه‌اي مشترك و مشابه مبني بر به‌حاشيه‌راندگي داشته‌اند. باز توليد عناصر مشابه در فرهنگ راهبردي اين تمدن‌ها، منجر به ايجاد مطالبه‌اي مشترك مبني بر بازگشت به نقش و جايگاه پيشين خود در نظام بين‌الملل شده است. سوال اصلي اين است كه چه عواملي منجر به نزديك شدن تمدن‌هاي كهن شرقي تجديدنظرطلب و شكل‌گيري بلوك تاريخي- تمدني شرقي در نظام بين‌الملل شده است؟ نتيجه كلي پژوهش نشان ‌دهنده آن است كه جنگ تمدني ديرينه، به‌حاشيه‌راندگي و همچنين فرهنگ راهبردي مشابه ميان تمدن‌هاي ايراني، چيني و روسي منجر به تشكيل بلوك تاريخي- تمدني شرق شده كه به دنبال ايجاد دو نظم محدود شرقي و غربي، در مقابل نظم بين‌الملل غربي است. روش مورد استفاده در اين نوشتار، توصيفي- تحليلي و چارچوب نظري آن نيز بر پايه نظريه برخورد تمدن‌هاي ساموئل هانتينگتون و نظريه انتقادي رابرت كاكس قرار دارد.

With the domination of the International System and Western civilization since 1500 AD, the ancient Eastern Civilizations have had similar experiences of marginalization.The reproduction of similar elements in the Strategic Cu­lt­u­re of these civilizations has led to a common demand to return to their former role and place in the International System. The main question is what factors led to the rapprochement of the ancient revisionist Eastern civilizations and the formation of the Eastern Historical-Civilizational Bloc in the international system?The overall result of the study shows that the war of ancient civi­li­z­a­ti­o­n, marginalization and similar strategic culture between Iranian, Chinese and Russian civilizations has led to the formation of the historical-civ­iliz­a­ti­o­n­al bloc of the East, which seeks to create Eastern and Western Bounded Order against the Western International Order. The method used in this paper is de­s­c­­riptive-analytical and its theoretical framework is based on the theory of the C­lash of Civilizations by Samuel Huntington and the Critical Theory of Robert Cox.
