نقش رضايت زناشويي و رضايت جنسي طي همه‌گيري كروناويروس 2019 در سلامت رواني خانواده‌ها

The Role of Marital Satisfaction and Sexual Satisfaction During the Coronavirus 2019 Pandemic on the Mental Health of Families

كرونا ويروس 2019 (كوويد-19) به عنوان يك بيماري همه‌گير باعث ايجاد محدوديت‌هاي زيادي در سطح جهان از جمله قرنطينه خانگي شد. با طولاني شدن محدوديت‌ها بسياري از خانواده‌ها دچار مشكلات خانوادگي متعددي مانند خشونت خانگي، تعارضات زناشويي و روابط جنسي خود شدند. در اين راستا، پژوهش مروري حاضر با هدف بررسي نقش رضايت زناشويي و رضايت جنسي طي همه‌گيري كرونا ويروس 2019 بر سلامت رواني خانواده‌ها انجام شد. در اين مطالعه مروري نظام-مند با جستجو توسط واژگان كليدي Coronavirus 2019 ، Marital Satisfaction، Sexual Satisfaction Mental Health, Domestic Violence, و COVID-19 در عنوان و چكيده مقالات منتشر شده در پايگاه‌هاي Google Scholar، PubMed، Scopus و ScienceDirect مورد جستجو قرار گرفت. معيار اصلي جهت ورود، مقالات چاپي تمام متن انگليسي مرتبط طي سال‌هاي 2020 و 2021 بود. يافته‌هاي به‌دست آمده نشان داد در مقايسه با قبل از شيوع كوويد-19 خشونت كلامي، جسماني، رواني و تعارضات زناشويي زوجين به ميزان قابل توجهي افزايش يافته است. همچنين عملكرد و رضايت جنسي زوجين در دوران همه‌گيري كرونا ويروس 2019 كيفيت لازم را نداشت و كاهش چشمگيري داشت. با توجه به پيامدهاي بلندمدت خشونت‌هاي خانگي بر روي سلامت روانشناختي زنان و فرزندان، لازم است تدابيري در جهت شناسايي، كاهش و كنترل مشكلات خانوادگي اتخاذ گردد.

COVID-19 pandemic caused many restri-cttions worldwide, including home quara-ntines. As restrictions were extended, ma-ny families experienced a number of fam-ily problems, including domestic violence, marital conflict, and sexual dissatisfaction. In this regard, the present review study was conducted to investigate the role of marital satisfaction and sexual satisfaction during the COVID-19 epidemic on the mental health of families. This study pro-vides a systematic review by searching the keywords COVID-19, Marital Satisfa-ction, Sexual Satisfaction Mental Health, Domestic Violence, and COVID-19 in the titles and abstracts of articles published in Google Scholar, PubMed, Scopus, and Science Direct. The main entry criteria were all English-language printed articles related in 2020 and 2021. The findings showed that the couples' verbal, physical, psychological and marital conflicts increased significantly compared to the time before the outbreak of COVID-19. Also, the couple's performance and sexual satisfaction during the COVID-19 pand-emic did not have the required quality and had a significant decrease. Given the long-term consequences of domestic violence on the mental health of women and children, it is necessary to take measures to identify, reduce and control family problems.
