چكيده فارسي :
در قرآن، شيوهاي تامين امنيت نظامي، به عنوان يك نياز اساسي، بيان شده است. امروزه در جمهوري اسلامي ايران، اختلاف گفتمان ها در تامين امنيت نظامي بين دو جريان سياسي اصلاح طلب و اصولگرا، پيامدهاي منفي و شكاف داخلي را دنبال دارد، جريان اصلاح طلب، بر تعامل با جهان، اصرار دارند. ولي جناح اصول گرا، به مقاومت، تكيه بر توانمندي داخلي و تقويت آن اعتقاد دارند. (مساله) تحقيق حاضر به منظور استخراج نگاه وحياني به مقوله تامين امنيت، به روش توصيفي- تحليلي و اسنادي انجام شده (روش) به اين پرسش پاسخ دهد كه: قرآن كريم، چه روش هايي را براي تامين امنيت نظامي پيشنهاد مي كند؟ (سوال) يافته هاي پژوهش حاكي است كه قرآن كريم، ضمن پرداختن به برنامه هاي ضد امنيتي دشمن، راهكار مقابله با آن را نيز بيان كرده است. برخي نقشه هاي ضد امنيتي دشمن شامل جنگ افروزي، تحريك و تجهيز مخالفان، تهديد، جاسوسي، تلاش براي تضعيف روحيه لشگريان اسلام، بهانه تراشي براي فرار از جنگ و غيره. (يافته) راهكارهاي مقابله با آن عبارت اند از تقويت توان داخلي، رزمايش نظامي، مقابله به مثل، حفاظت از سران و اسرار، فراهم ساختن تجهيزات ضد جاسوسي، اشراف اطلاعاتي و غيره. مقاله پيش رو، به تشريح موارد فوق پرداخته است. چكيده لاتين :
Muslims always have a stubborn enemy that they are always hostile to.In this regard, the methods of providing military security and confronting the enemy are evident in the Quran.Today in the Islamic Republic of Iran, to ensure military security, two currents of thought (reformist and fundamentalist) have different views. Reformists insist on a literature of interaction and compromise with the world, ignoring some national interests. A clear example of this Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) , which had no result for Iran. But the fundamentalists believe in the literature of resistance and distrust of the enemy and insist on strengthening Iran's internal capabilities.(Introduction) The present research, which has been done by descriptive-analytical and documentary methods,(Method) seeks to find the answer to the question, what methods has the Holy Quran proposed for providing military security?(Question) The findings of the study indicate that the Qur'an, while addressing the anti-security programs of the enemy, has also stated the solution to deal with it elsewhere Strategies to counter it include strengthening internal power, military exercises, retaliation, protection of chiefs and secrets, providing anti-espionage equipment, intelligence aristocracy, and so.(Results)
