در جهت رفع مشكلات ناشي از فرسودگي و زوال مراكز شهري و گسترش افقي شهرها جنبش نوشهرگرايي بـه وجـود آمـد. نوشهرگرايي مجموعه اي از عوامل توسـعه اي بـراي ايجاد جوامع بهينه و جذاب‌تر است. با توجه به مشكلات و مسايل عديده اي كه از گسترش افقي و پراكنده شهر شيراز حادث شده است، استفاده از ديدگاه هاي نظري شهرگرايي جدي و نمونه هاي موفق اجرا شده در كشورهاي توسعه يافته, ميتواند در اصلاح و ارايه الگوي بومي شهرسازي موثر باشد. هدف اين مقاله باز تعريف و كاربست اصول و معيارهاي شهرگرايي جديد در راستاي ملاحظات بومي شهر است. سوال اصلي مقاله اين است كه اصول و معيارهاي نوشهر گرايي با توجه به ملاحظات بومي و محلي چگونه قابل تبيين و باز تعريف است؟ روش انجام اين مقاله توصيفي تحليلي است. نتايج مقاله نشان مي دهد كه برنامه ريزي و طراحي كالبدي احداث يك شهرك جديد بر اساس شهرگرايي جديد و تعيين ضوابط و مقررات مربوط به آن براساس ملاحظات بومي الگوي مناسبي براي شهرسازي به دست دهد.

In order to solve the problems caused by the deterioration and deterioration of urban centers and the horizontal expansion of cities, the neo-urbanism movement was established. New urbanism is a set of development factors to create more optimal and attractive communities. Considering the many problems and issues that have arisen from the horizontal and scattered expansion of Shiraz, the use of serious theoretical views of urbanism and successful examples implemented in developed countries, can be effective in reforming and presenting the local model of urban planning. The purpose of this article is to redefine and apply the principles and criteria of new urbanism in line with the city's indigenous considerations. The main question of the article is how the principles and criteria of new urbanism can be explained and redefined according to local and indigenous considerations? The method of this article is descriptive-analytical. The results of the article show that the physical planning and design of the construction of a new town based on the new urbanism and the determination of the relevant rules and regulations based on local considerations provide a suitable model for urban planning.
