تدقيق توسعه گردشگري در بازآفريني فرهنگ مبنا ( مطالعه موردي : بافت تاريخي شهر مينودري )

Investigating the development of tourism in recreation the basic culture (Case study: Historical context of Minodari city)

يكي از بهترين راه هاي نجات شهرها از مشكلات اجتماعي و اقتصادي ، توسعه گردشگري شهري در بافت هاي تاريخي با رويكرد بازآفريني فرهنگ مبنا است . در بازآفريني فرهنگ مبنا، عامل فرهنگ به عنوان يك راهبرد توسعه اي بسيار مهم در مقياس محلي و جهاني مطرح است. ارتباط زيادي بين فرهنگ و توسعه گردشگري شهري وجود دارد. توسعه گردشگري به عنوان يك پديده فرهنگي، گسترش دهنده فرصت‌هاي تبادل فرهنگي بين گردشگر و جامعه ميزبان است. شهر مينودر يكي از شهرهايي است كه از نظر آثار ارزشمند تاريخي در بافت قديم آن ، با معماري غني و ويژگي هاي منحصر به فرد در سطح كشور و جهان مورد توجه است. در اين پژوهش، با رويكرد پيمايشي به برنامه ريزي توسعه گردشگري شهري با تاكيد بر بازآفريني فرهنگ مبنا پرداخته شده است. روش تحقيق، توصيفي و تحليلي است و با اتكا به مرور پيشينة تحقيق از سويي، بررسي اسناد مربوط به بافت تاريخي و مطالعات ميداني از سوي ديگر، به تحليل مسئله مي‌پردازد. يافته‌هاي تحقيق نشان مي‌دهد كه راهكار برون‌رفت از مشكلات و تجديد حيات بافت‌هاي تاريخي ارزشمند در گرو اجراي برنامه‌هاي است كه بر راهبردها و سياست‌هاي تعاملي بين بازآفريني كالبدي و گردشگري فرهنگي شهري استوار بوده و در رابطه اي مستقيم با يكديگر حيات واقعي و مدني شهري را تضمين مي كند.

One of the best ways to save cities from social and economic problems is to develop urban tourism in historical contexts with the approach of recreating the culture. In the reconstruction of the base culture, the culture factor is presented as a very important development strategy on a local and global scale.There is a great connection between culture and the development of urban tourism. The development of tourism as a cultural phenomenon expands the opportunities for cultural exchange between the tourist and the host community.The city of Minodar is one of the cities that is considered in terms of valuable historical monuments in its ancient context, with rich architecture and unique features in the country and the world. In this research, with a survey approach to urban tourism development planning with emphasis on recreating the basic culture. The research method is descriptive and analytical, and relies on reviewing the research background on the one hand, examining documents related to historical context and field studies on the other hand, analyzes the problem.Findings show that the way out of the problems and revitalization of valuable historical contexts depends on the implementation of programs based on strategies and interactive policies between physical regeneration and urban cultural tourism and ensure a direct relationship between real and urban urban life.
