نقش بسيج ملي در اقتصاد مقاومتي

The role of national mobilization in the resistance economy

مقام معظم رهبري اقتصاد مقاومتي را يكي از الزامات سياست گذاري اقتصادي كشور برشمرده و فرمودند: يكي از شرايط اقتصاد مقاومتي، استفاده از همه ي ظرفيتهاي دولتي و مردمي است؛ هم از فكرها و انديشه ها و راهكارهايي كه صاحبنظران ميدهند، استفاده كنيد، هم از سرمايه ها استفاده شود. لذا در اين زمينه بسيج ملي آحاد مردم و مسيولين نقش بسزايي دارد. براي بسيج ملي در اقتصاد مقاومتي علاوه بر پيش نيازها و ابعاد اقتصادي، نيازمند در نظر داشتن ابعاد غير اقتصادي ديگري نيز هستيم. از جمله: مديريت جهادي، انسجام ملي، مبارزه با رانت خواري و فساد، توجه به سندچشم انداز و اسناد بالادستي، توجه به شركتهاي داده بنيان، چابك سازي دولت و... بسيج ملي در اين ميان نقشي اساسي دارد. وجهه مشترك دو مقوله اقتصاد مقاومتي و بسيج ملي، مردم هستند. در اين تحقيق ضمن بهره گيري از پژوهش آميخته با روش توصيفي استنباطي در پي پاسخ به اين سوال هستيم كه چه راهبردهايي مي تواند ملت ايران را در اقتصاد مقاومتي بسيج نمايد؟

In order to mobilize the nation in a resistance economy, in addition to economic needs and dimensions, we need to consider other non-economic dimensions. These include: jihadi management, national cohesion, the fight against rent-seeking and corruption, attention to documenting and documentary documents, attention to database companies, government agility, etc. National mobilization has a key role in this. The common denominator between the two categories of resistance economy and national mobilization is the people. In this study, while using the research mixed with the descriptive inferential method, we seek to answer the question of what strategies can mobilize the Iranian nation in the resistance economy?
