شناسايي و رتبه بندي موانع بكارگيري فن آوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات در فرآيند ياد دهي و يادگيري اساتيد و مربيان آموزشي ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ: ﻣﺮﮐﺰ آﻣﻮزش ﺷﻬﯿﺪ ادﯾﺒﯽ

Identifying and ranking barriers to the use of information and communication technology in the process of teaching and learning of professors and educators

كارهاي متعدد و متنوع فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات تمامي سازمان‌ها و از جمله ناجا را دچار تغيير و تحول اساسي كرده است؛ بر اين اساس اين پژوهش با هدف شناسايي و رتبه‌بندي موانع به‌كارگيري فن‌آوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات در فرآيند ياد‌دهي و ياد‌گيري در مركز آموزش شهيد اديبي ناجا شكل گرفته است. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف يك پژوهش كاربردي و از نظر روش توصيفي پيمايشي است. ابزار اين پژهش پرسش‌نامه‌اي محقق ساخته است. جامعه آماري شامل اساتيد و مربيان مركز آموزش شهيد اديبي بوده و نمونه آماري با استفاده از فرمول كوكران 169 نفر انتخاب شد. نتايج مربوط به داده‌هاي پژوهشي با استفاده از آزمون آمار توصيفي استنباطي از جمله درصد، ميانگين و آزمون آمار ناپارمتريك فريدمن تحليل شد. و كليه عمليات تجزيه‌و‌تحليل به كمك نرم‌افزار SPSS20 صورت گرفته است. نتايج به‌دست آمده از پژوهش نشان داد كه تمام مؤلفه‌هاي در نظر گرفته شده شامل موانع مديريتي، موانع اقتصادي، موانع فرهنگي، موانع آموزشي، موانع زيرساختي و فني، موانع انساني و موانع سازماني، مانع به‌كارگيري فن‌آوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات در فرآيند ياددهي و يادگيري در مركز آموزش شهيد اديبي نيز به‌عنوان موانع به‌كارگيري فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات در فرايند يادگيري و ياددهي مورد تأييد قرار گرفته‌اند. اولويت‌بندي اين مؤلفه‌ها نشان داد كه موانع به‌كارگيري فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات در فرايند ياددهي و يادگيري اين مركز از بيش‌ترين تا كم‌ترين اهميت: موانع زيرساختي، موانع مديريتي، موانع سازماني، موانع اقتصادي، موانع انساني، موانع آموزشي، موانع فرهنگي، است.

the purpose of this research is to identify and rank the obstacles of applying information and communication technology in the process of teaching and learning in the process of teaching and learning in the process of teaching and learning in the process of teaching and learning . ~~~ this research is an applied research in terms of its purpose . the research tool is a researcher - made questionnaire . the statistical population consisted of all teachers and instructors of the training center of the educator who were selected by cochran formula . the results of research data were analyzed using descriptive statistics ( including percentage , mean and friedman test ) . the data were analyzed by spss version 11.5.Resu lts : the mean age of the participants was 60 years .


the results obtained from the study showed that all components included administrative barriers , economic barriers , cultural barriers , educational barriers , infrastructural and technical barriers , human obstacles and organizational barriers , prevented the application of information and communication technology in the process of teaching and learning in the process of teaching and learning in learning and teaching methods .

the priority of these components showed that the barriers of applying information and communication technologies in teaching and learning process of this center are important : infrastructure obstacles , administrative barriers , organizational barriers , economic barriers , human obstacles , educational barriers , cultural barriers .
