بررسي علل خشونت شهروندان نسبت به مأمورين انتظامي در شهرستان سوادكوه

Investigating the causes of citizens' violence against law enforcement officers in Savadkuh city

هدف از پژوهش حاضر شناسايي علل خشونت شهروندان عليه مأموران انتظامي از سال 1397 تا 1399 در شهرستان سوادكوه پرداخته شد. روش پژوهش: جامعه آماري اين كاركنان پليس پيشگيري و پليس راهور فرماندهي انتظامي شهرستان سوادكوه و شهروندان سوادكوه هستند. از روش پيمايش و از پرسش‌نامه به‌عنوان ابزار جمع‌آوري اطلاعات استفاده شده است. يافته‌ها: يافته‌هاي توصيفي پژوهش نشان مي‌دهند كه بين ويژگي‌ها و رفتارهاي اجتماعي و انتظامي مأموران پليس با خشونت شهروندان رابطه معناداري وجود دارد. نتيجه‌گيري: نتايج حاصل از تحليل كوواريانس حاصل از آزمون ساختاري Amos نشان داد كه متغيرهاي عدم چگونگي مديريت و كنترل رواني مأموران پليس، رفتار ناعادلانه با شهروندان توسط پليس و پايين بودن آستانة تحمل پليس در برابر ناملايمات محيطي به ترتيب بيش‌ترين تأثير را بر ميزان خشونت مردم از مأمورين داشته‌اند.

Objective: The aim of this study was to identify the causes of violence against citizens by law enforcement officers from 1397 to 1399 in Savadkuh city. Research Methods: . The statistical population of these employees are the Preventive Police and the Rahvar Police of Savadkuh Disciplinary Command and the citizens of Savadkuh. The survey method and the questionnaire were used as data collection tools. Findings: The descriptive findings of the study show that there is a significant relationship between the characteristics and social and disciplinary behaviors of police officers and violence against citizens. Conclusion: The results of analysis of covariance from Amos structural test showed that the variables of lack of management and psychological control of police officers, unfair treatment of citizens by the police and low tolerance of police against environmental disasters, respectively, had the greatest effect on violence.
