اولويت‌بندي عيني و ذهني مسائل شهري (موردمطالعه: شهروندان 20 سال به بالاي شهر زنجان)

Objective and subjective prioritization of urban issues (Case study: Citizens 20 years and older in Zanjan)

شناسايي، اولويت‌بندي و بررسي مسائل اجتماعي ازجمله حوزه‌هايي است كه موردتوجه جامعه شناسان، صاحب‌نظران و متوليان حوزه اجتماعي بوده و آمارهاي مربوط به آن ازجمله موضوعاتي است كه براي رسانه‌ها و شبكه‌هاي اجتماعي جذابيت خاصي دارد. اين مقاله به اولويت‌بندي عيني و ذهني مسائل شهري از منظر شهروندان شهر زنجان پرداخته و روش آن نيز توصيفي بوده است كه تعداد 400 نفر به روش نمونه‌گيري خوشه‌اي چندمرحله‌اي انتخاب شدند. يافته‌هاي تحقيق نشان داد كه در بُعد عيني، خرابي آسفالت كوچه و خيابان‌ با ميانگين (81/3)، آلاينده‌هاي ناشي از كارخانه سرب و روي با ميانگين (74) و نصب برچسب‌هاي تبليغاتي بر درب منازل با ميانگين (64/7) بيشترين فراواني قابل‌مشاهده را به خود اختصاص داده‌اند. همچنين در بُعد ذهني نيز، مهم‌ترين دغدغه ذهني شهروندان به خرابي آسفالت كوچه و خيابان‌ با ميانگين (84)، آلاينده‌هاي ناشي از كارخانه سرب و روي با ميانگين (82/4) و ريختن زباله در كوچه و خيابان با ميانگين (70/5) مربوط مي‌شود و كمترين دغدغه ذهني نيز به غيربهداشتي بودن آب آشاميدني با ميانگين (45/6)، كمبود آب آشاميدني با ميانگين (41) و سد معبر توسط دست‌فروش‌ها با ميانگين (39/8) مربوط مي‌شود.

Identifying, prioritizing and examining social issues are among the areas that are of interest to sociologists, experts and trustees of the social field, and related statistics are among the topics that are of particular interest to social media and networks. This article deals with the objective and subjective prioritization of urban issues from the perspective of Zanjan citizens and its method is descriptive that 400 people were selected by multi-stage cluster sampling. Findings showed that in objective dimension, street and street asphalt failure with an average (81.3), lead and zinc plant pollutants with an average (74) and advertising stickers on the door of houses with an average (64.7) the highest frequency Have been assigned to the observable. Also in the mental dimension, the most important mental concern of citizens is the deterioration of street asphalt with an average (84), pollutants from lead and zinc factories with an average (82.4) and dumping garbage in the streets with an average (70.5) It is related and the least mental concern is related to unsanitary drinking water with an average (45.6), lack of drinking water with an average (41) and the roadblock by vendors with an average (39.8).
