بررسي نقاط حادثه‌خيز در تصادفات جاده‌اي برون شهري و عوامل تاثيرگذار در كاهش تصادفات جاده‌اي

Investigation of accident hotspots in suburban road accidents and effective factors in reducing road accidents

مقاله حاضر يك مقاله پژوهشي در مورد بررسي علل ‌و عوامل نقاط حادثه‌خيز جاده‌اي و همچنين عوامل تاثيرگذار در كاهش تصادفات جاده‌اي، مي‌باشد. هدف از اين پژوهش بررسي نقاط حادثه‌خيز در بروز تصادفات جاده‌اي، كاهش ميزان تصادفات با توجه به رفع نقاط حادثه‌خيز، ايجاد ايمني و امنيت تردد جاده‌اي، كاهش هزينه‌هاي ناشي از تصادفات بر اقتصاد كشور، كاهش ترافيك جاده‌اي، بررسي علل وقوع حوادث و سوانح جاده‌اي و تاثير آن در حمل ‌و نقل برون‌شهري مي باشد. از ديدگاه برنامه‌ريزي حمل و نقل جاده‌اي و منطقه‌اي در اين مقاله، از شيوه توصيفي- تحليلي كاربردي استفاده شده است. با توجه به آمارهاي بدست آمده و تجزيه و تحليل‌هاي استنتاج شده، مي‌توان گفت: "عامل انساني از مهمترين عوامل بروز تصادفات و سوانح برون شهري بوده كه خستگي و خواب‌آلودگي از مهمترين موارد آن محسوب مي‌گردد". در جامعه امروزي يكي از اجزاء مهم اقتصاد ملي براي هر كشور، مسئله "حمل و نقل" مي‌باشد كه تأثير فراواني بر فرآيند رشد اقتصادي كشور خواهد داشت. بايد اذعان نمود كه "بدون وجود شبكه حمل و نقل، تاسيسات و تجهيزات جانبي و ناوگان مطلوب، تصور رشد و توسعه عمومي كشور غيرممكن به نظر مي‌رسد". عليرغم گسترش سيستم‌هاي ناوگان حمل‌ونقل برون‌شهري در كشورهاي در حال توسعه، امروزه شاهد اقدامات اندكي در خصوص پيشگيري از تصادفات و سوانح جاده‌اي مي‌باشيم. با توجه به اينكه در اين كشورها رشد تصادفات جاده‌اي بالا بوده، ولي منابع كافي براي حفظ جان مصدومين و كمك به افرادي كه دچار معلوليت‌هاي دائمي ناشي از سوانح رانندگي شده‌اند، وجود ندارد.

The present article is a research article on the causes and factors of road accident hotspots as well as the factors affecting the reduction of road accidents. The purpose of this study is to investigate accident hotspots in road accidents, reduce the number of accidents due to accident hotspots, create safety and security of road traffic, reduce the costs of accidents on the country's economy, reduce road traffic, investigate the causes of accidents and road accidents and Its effect is on suburban transportation. From the point of view of road and regional transportation planning, in this article, a descriptive- applied analytical method is used. According to the obtained statistics and inferred analyzes, it can be said: "The human factor is one of the most important factors in the occurrence of accidents and suburban accidents, which fatigue and drowsiness are the most important cases." In today's society, one of the important components of the national economy for any country is the issue of "transportation", which will have a great impact on the process of economic growth. It must be acknowledged that "without the transport network, facilities and ancillary equipment and the desired fleet, the idea of general growth and development of the country seems impossible." Despite the expansion of suburban fleet systems in developing countries, today we see little action to prevent road accidents. Due to the high rate of road accidents in these countries, there are not enough resources to save the lives of the injured and help people with permanent disabilities caused by traffic accidents.
