Needs Analysis and Prioritizing the Communication Skills of Women Police Officers

زمينه و هدف : برقراري ارتباط صحيح يكي از مهم‌ترين اهداف سازمان‌هاست و امري مهم در توسعه، كارآمدي و اثربخشي آن‌ها محسوب مي‌شود. پژوهش حاضر با هدف نيازسنجي و اولويت بندي مهارت‌هاي ارﺗﺒﺎﻃﻲ موردنياز زنان پليس انجام شده است. روش تحقيق:رويكرد پژوهش استدلال استقرايي با فلسفه‌اي تجربي است و ازنظر هدف كاربردي ، نوع داده‌هاي پژوهش آميخته است .ابزار گردآوري پژوهش در بخش كيفي 22 مصاحبه نيمه ساختاريافته و در بخش كمي 175 پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بر مبناي يافته‌هاي كيفي مي‌باشد. جامعه هدف در بخش كيفي شامل خبرگان، كارشناسان و اساتيد دانشگاهي آشنا با حوزه فعاليت زنان پليس و مباحث مهارت‌هاي ارتباطي بوده است و در بخش كمي نيز زنان پليس شاغل در فا تب در دو يگان كوپ ها و ساختمان يگان پيشگيري بوده است كه با استفاده از جدول مورگان حجم نمونه مشخص شد. براي تجزيه‌وتحليل يافته از ميانگين، درصد، تعيين بار عاملي، خي دو و فريدمن استفاده شد. يافته‌ها: حاصل كدگذاري و مقوله‌بندي يافته‌هاي بخش كيفي شناسايي 28 نياز مهارت ارتباط پليس در سه بعد بين فردي، درون فردي و سازماني بود. نتيجه‌گيري: نتايج بخش كمي كه به‌منظور اولويت‌بندي و تائيد نتايج بخش كيفي انجام‌شده بود نشان داد، از بين نيازهاي بين فردي نياز به «احترام به حريم شخصي» اولويت اول و در بعد درون فردي نياز به «كنترل خشم» و در بين نيازهاي سازماني نياز به «انجام‌وظيفه و مسئوليت‌پذيري» در اولويت اول قرار دارند

Background and Aim: Proper communication is one of the most important goals of organizations and is important in their development, efficiency and effectiveness. The present study analyses the need for women police communication skills and prioritized them. Method: This research is mixed in terms of practical purpose and method of implementation. The research collection tool in the qualitative section is 22 semi-structured interviews and in the quantitative section is 175 researcher-made questionnaires based on qualitative findings. The research community consisted of qualitative section, experts and university professors familiar with the field of police women and communication skills and in the quantitative section, women police officers working in the Preventive Police of Greater Tehran Police Command (FATEB) with a sample of 175 people. They were interviewed according to Morgan table using a valid questionnaire (Cronbach's alpha 0.79). Mean, percentage, factor loading, Chi-square and Friedman were used to analyze the data. Results and conclusion: The result of coding and categorizing the findings of the qualitative section was identifying 28 needs of police communication skills in three dimensions: interpersonal, intrapersonal and organizational. The results of the quantitative section, which also showed in order to prioritize and confirm the results of the qualitative section, in the interpersonal dimension, the need for "respect for privacy", in the interpersonal dimension, the need for "anger control" and in the organizational dimension, the need for " "Duty and responsibility" are the first priority.
