زمينه شيوع ويروس كرونا يا همان بيماري كوويد 19 در سال 2019 ، افراد بسياري را تحت تاثير قرار داده است و اطلاعاتكافي براي كمك به افراد مختلف در مقابل اين بيماري وجود ندارد. تاثير اين ويروس در افراد مختلف متفاوت است و برخي افراد در برابر آن آسيب پذيري بالاتري دارند. از جمله اين افراد مي توان به افراد با ناتواني اشاره كرد، زيرا داراي مشكلات اساسي در سلامتي هستند. به همين دليل ضروري است كه مشكلات، چالش ها و راهكارهاي مراقبت از اين افراد در برابراين بيماري مورد بررسي قرار گيرد تا اطلاعات ضروري براي مراقبت از آنها در اختيار والدين، مراقبان، مربيان و معلمان شان قرار گيرد. در مقاله حاضر كه از نوع توصيفي و مروري است پس از بيان مقدمه اي كوتاه، دلايل خطر بالاي اين بيماري برايافراد با ناتواني، مشكلات و چالش هاي افراد با ناتواني در زمان شيوع ويروس كرونا و مشكلات خانواده هاي داراي فرد باناتواني بيان مي شود و در ادامه، راهبردهاي كاهش خطر ابتلا به ويروس كرونا و راهبردهاي مراقبت از افراد با ناتواني درزمان شيوع بيماري ارايه مي شود. نتيجه گيري به طور كلي با توجه به عدم اطمينان و نبودن روش هاي مطمين براي درمان كوويد 19 براي رفع نيازهاي افرادبا ناتواني در زمان شيوع ويروس كرونا اقداماتي از قبيل استفاده از آموزش عمومي و رايگان توسط معلمان و مربيان به صورتمجازي، دسترسي به بيمه هاي درماني مناسب براي اين افراد در اين شرايط، حمايت هاي مالي و مشاوره روان شناختي براياين افراد و خانواده هاي شان و گسترش زير ساخت هاي فناوري و ابزار ارتباطي بسيار ضروري است.

Background & Purpose The prevalence of coronavirus (Covid 19) in 2019 has affected many peopleand there is not enough information to help different people against this disease. The effect of this virusvaries from person to person, and some people are highly vulnerable to this disease. These include peoplewith disabilities, because they have major health problems. For this reason, it is necessary to examine theproblems, challenges and strategies to care for these people in order to provide the necessary informationabout caring of them for their parents, carers, educators and teachers. In this descriptive and review article,after a brief introduction, the reasons for the high risk of this disease for people with disabilities, the problemsand challenges of people with disabilities during the pandemic of coronavirus and the problems of familiesof people with disabilities are explained. Moreover, strategies for reducing the risk of coronavirus and carestrategies for people with disabilities are presented at the time of pandemic of coronavirus. Conclusion In general, due to the uncertainty and lack of reliable methods for treating Covid 19 to meetthe needs of people with disabilities during the pandemic of Coronavirus, measures such as the use offree public education by teachers and educators virtually, access to appropriate health insurance in thesecircumstances, financial support and psychological counseling for these individuals and their families, andthe development of technology infrastructure and communication tools are essential.
