چكيده فارسي :
ﻫﺪف اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ راﻫﺒﺮدي دﻓﺘﺮ ارﺗﺒﺎط ﺑﺎ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه رازي ﺑﻪﻋﻨﻮان ﯾﮑﯽ از ﻣﻬﻢﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﮐﺎﻧﺎلﻫﺎي ارﺗﺒﺎﻃﯽ ﺑﯿﻦ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه و ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﺟﻬﺖ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﮐﺎرآﻓﺮﯾﻨﯽ در ﺟﻮاﻣﻊ داﻧﺶﺑﻨﯿﺎن اﺳﺖ. روشﺷﻨﺎﺳﯽ: در اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از روﯾﮑﺮد ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺒﯽ )SWOT-AHP( اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ در ﺑﺨﺶ ﮐﯿﻔﯽ از ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﮔﯿﺮي ﻫﺪﻓﻤﻨﺪ و ﮔﻠﻮﻟﻪ ﺑﺮﻓﯽ ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺧﺒﺮﮔﺎن ﺗﺎ اﺷﺒﺎع ﻧﻈﺮي و در ﺑﺨـﺶ ﮐﻤﯽ ﻧﯿـﺰ ﺑﺮاي اﺧﺘﺼﺎص ﺿﺮﯾﺐ وزﻧﯽ ﺑﻪ ﻫﺮ ﯾﮏ از ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ SWOT از ﭘﺮﺳﺶﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﺎت زوﺟﯽ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎ: ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ راﻫﺒﺮدﻫﺎي ﺗﻬﺎﺟﻤﯽ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﻣﺤﺼﻮﻻت ﭘﮋوﻫﺸﯽ و آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ ﺑﺎ ﻣﻮﺿﻮع ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﺗﺠﺎرت در ﺑﺎزارﭼﻪﻫﺎي ﻣﺮزي و اوﻟﻮﯾﺖدﻫﯽ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺤﺼﻮﻻت ﭘﮋوﻫﺸﯽ و آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ در زﻣﯿﻨﻪ ﺗﺠﺎرت ﻣﺤﺼﻮﻻت ﮐﺸﺎورزي و ﺻﻨﻌﺘﯽ در ﺑﺎزارﭼﻪﻫﺎي ﻣﺮزي، راﻫﺒﺮدﻫﺎي ﻣﺤﺎﻓﻈﻪﮐﺎراﻧﻪ ﺑﺎزارﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﻤﻨﺪيﻫﺎي داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﺑﻪ ﻓﻌﺎﻻن و ﻣﺠﺎﻣﻊ ﺑﺨﺶ ﮐﺸﺎورزي، ﺻﻨﻌﺖ و ﺑﺎزﻧﮕﺮي ﺳﯿﺎﺳﺖ ﺟﺬب و ارﺗﻘﺎء اﺳﺎﺗﯿﺪ ﺑﺎ روﯾﮑﺮد ﺻﻨﻌﺖ ﻣﺤﻮر، راﻫﺒﺮدﻫﺎي رﻗﺎﺑﺘﯽ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﺗﻌﺎﻣﻼت ﮔﻔﺘﻤﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﯿﻦ ﺻﻨﻌﺖ و داﻧﺸﮕﺎه، ﺑﺎزﻧﮕﺮي ﻧﻈﺎم اﻧﮕﯿﺰﺷﯽ ﻫﯿﺌﺖﻋﻠﻤﯽ و اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﺣﺴﺎﺳﯿﺖ ﻣﺤﯿﻄﯽ ﻧﻈﺎم ﺗﺼﻤﯿﻢﮔﯿﺮي داﻧﺸﮕﺎه و راﻫﺒﺮدﻫﺎي ﺗﺪاﻓﻌﯽ ﺳﯿﺎﺳﺖ ﮔﺰﯾﻨﺸﯽ ﺑﺮاي ﺣﻤﺎﯾﺖ از اﺳﺎﺗﯿﺪ ﺑﺎاﻧﮕﯿﺰه و ﯾﺎ داراي ارﺗﺒﺎط ﺑﺎ ﺻﻨﻌﺖ و ﺑﻮدﺟﻪﺑﻨﺪي اﻣﮑﺎﻧﺎت و ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه و دﻓﺘﺮ، در ﻣﻮاﺟﻬﻪ ﺑﺎ ﻣﺸﮑﻼت ﻣﺤﯿﻄﯽ اﺳﺖ. ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪﮔﯿﺮي: ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، زﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﮐﻪ ﺳﻪ رﮐﻦ دوﻟﺖ، ﺻﻨﻌﺖ و داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﻧﻘﺶ ﺧﻮد را ﺑﻪدرﺳﺘﯽ اﯾﻔﺎ ﮐﻨﻨﺪ، اﯾﺠﺎد ارﺗﺒﺎط ﻣﺆﺛﺮ و ﮐﺎرآﻣﺪ ﺑﯿﻦ ﺻﻨﻌﺖ و داﻧﺸﮕﺎه اﻣﮑﺎنﭘﺬﯾﺮ ﺧﻮاﻫﺪ ﺑﻮد. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ، ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﻣﺤﯿﻄﯽ ﮐﻼن اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ، اﻗﺘﺼﺎدي و ﺳﯿﺎﺳﯽ ﮐﺸﻮر ﻧﻘﺸﯽ اﺳﺎﺳﯽ در ﺑﺮﻗﺮاري اﯾﻦ ارﺗﺒﺎط دارد.
چكيده لاتين :
The purpose of this study is the strategic analysis of Razi University Community Relations Office as one of the most important communication channels between the university and society to develop entrepreneurship in knowledge-based communities. .Methodology: This research is using a hybrid approach (swot-ahp). In the qualitative part, the targeted sampling and snow bullets were used. After nine interviews with experts, the theoretical saturation was achieved in the quantitative part, to dedicate a weighting factor to each of the SWOT factors, paired comparison was given to the same experts in the qualitative section Findings: The findings showed that aggressive strategies for the development of research and educational products with the subject of trade development in border markets. Conservative marketing strategies of university capabilities to activists and associations in the field of agriculture, industry and reviewing the policy of attracting and promoting professors with an industry-oriented approach, competitive strategies to develop discourse interactions between industry and academia and Selective policy defensive strategies were presented to support motivated or industry-related professors and to budget the facilities and resources of the university and office in the face of surroundings problems. Conclusion: According to the results of this study, when the three pillars of government, industry and academia play their role properly, it will be possible to establish an effective and efficient relationship between industry and academia. The macro-social, economic and political environmental conditions of the country play a key role in establishing this relationship.
