سبك رهبري، مديريت و فرماندهي از ديدگاه اميرالمومنين علي(ع) در نهج البلاغه

Leadership, management and commanding style from the perspective of Amir al-Momenin Ali (AS) in Nahj al-Balaghah

حضرت اميرالمؤمنين علي (ع) به عنوان فرمانده و رهبري توانمند، سبك خاصي در نفوذ بر نيروهاي رزمنده و ساير مخاطبان مثل مردم، نزديكان و دشمنان داشتند كه برخاسته از وحي و برگرفته از سيره نبي مكرم اسلام حضرت محمد مصطفي (ص) است. هدف اين مقاله، احصاء اصول حاكم بر سبك رهبري، مديريت و فرماندهي نظامي حضرت علي (ع) مي‌باشد. تحقيق از نظر هدف تلفيقي از روش‌هاي، كاربردي - توسعه‌اي، پيمايشي (توصيفي) و روش استراتژي نظريه‌پردازي داده بنياد است. از نظر روش، كيفي است. اطلاعات مورد نياز در اين تحقيق با روش كتابخانه‌اي با استفاده از ابزارهاي فيش‌برداري، كتاب‌هاي علمي و تخصصي، مقالات علمي و پژوهشي جمع‌آوري‌ شده است. با استخراج 1046 مضمون از كل منبع تحقيق، در نهايت سبك رهبري ايشان كه چگونگي تعامل هر فرمانده را با چهار گروه مخاطب و همچنين ويژگي‌هاي اعتقادي و فردي يك فرمانده را نشان مي‌دهد، تدوين شده است. در نهايت خاطر نشان مي‌گردد كه سبك فرماندهي و مديريت امام علي (ع) مجموعه‌اي از رفتار‌هاي شايسته است كه برحسب موقعيت و متناسب با مقتضيات زمانه و با توجه به ميزان فهم نيروهاي زير دست اعمال مي‌گردد كه ممكن است سبك فرماندهي و رهبري، در جايي كاملاً آمرانه بوده و در جاي ديگر مشاركتي باشد و در يك جا توجيهي و در جاي ديگر دستوري و در يك جا، دلسوزانه بوده و در جاي ديگر جوانمردانه باشد.

Amir al-Mo'menin Imam Ali (AS) as a powerful commander and leader, had a special style of influencing the fighting forces and other audiences such as the people, relatives and enemies, which arose from the revelation and is taken from the biography of the Holy Prophet of Islam, Mohammad Mustafa (AS). The purpose of this article is to enumerate the principles governing the style of leadership, management and military command of Imam Ali (as). In terms of purpose, the research is a combination of methods, applied-developmental, survey (descriptive) and data foundation theorizing strategy. In terms of method, it is qualitative. The information required in this research has been collected by the library method using fishing tools, scientific and specialized books, scientific and research articles. By extracting 1046 themes from the entire research source, finally, his leadership style, which shows how each commander interacts with the four target groups, as well as the beliefs and personal characteristics of a commander, has been formulated. Finally, it should be noted that the style of command and management of Imam Ali (AS) is a set of appropriate behaviors that are applied according to the situation and in accordance with the requirements of the time and according to the understanding of subordinate forces that may be the style of command and leadership in Somewhere it is completely authoritarian and in another place it is participatory and in one place it is justification and in another place it is command, and in another place it is compassionate and in another place it is gentlemanly.
