پيش‌ بيني حمايت اجتماعي كاركنان بر اساس متغيرهاي انعطاف‌ پذيري و خوش‌ بيني

Predicting the social support of Staff based on the variables of flexibility and optimism

حمايت اجتماعي برقراري يك تعامل اجتماعي است كه با تداوم ارتباط، به ايجاد همدلانه و در نهايت به يك شبكه ايمني براي فرد مي‌انجامد و به او كمك مي‌كند تا احساس بهتري در باره خود بسازد. هدف از اين پژوهش، پيش‌بيني حمايت اجتماعي كاركنان بر اساس متغيرهاي انعطاف‌پذيري و خوش‌بيني بوده است. روش پژوهش توصيفي از نوع همبستگي و از نوع پژوهش‌هاي كاربردي بوده است. جامعه آماري شامل كليه كاركنان مركز بهداشت شهر ساري به تعداد 250 نفر بود. نمونه آماري با استفاده از جدول كرجسي و مورگان، به تعداد 148 نفر و به شيوه نمونه‌گيري تصادفي طبقه‌اي بر حسب جنسيت انتخاب شدند. جهت گرد‌آوري داده‌ها از سه پرسش‌نامه استاندارد شده انعطاف‌پذيري دنيس و وندروال، خوش‌بيني نوري و حمايت اجتماعي شربورن و استورات استفاده شده است كه پايايي آن‌ها براي هر يك به ترتيب برابر با 0/83، 0/80 و 0/96 به دست آمد. جهت تجزيه ‌و تحليل داده‌ها از آمار توصيفي و استنباطي استفاده شد. كه نتايج نشان داد بين انعطاف‌پذيري (0/515=r) و خوش‌بيني (0/392=r)، با حمايت اجتماعي كاركنان رابطه مثبت و معناداري وجود دارد؛ و متغيرهاي انعطاف‌پذيري و خوش‌بيني، حمايت اجتماعي كاركنان را پيش‌بيني مي‌كنند. هم‌چنين ميزان انعطاف‌پذيري، خوش‌بيني و حمايت اجتماعي كاركنان بر اساس جنسيت متفاوت نيست.

Social support is the establishment of a social interaction that, through continued communication, leads to empathy and ultimately to a safety net for the individual and helps him or her feels better about himself or herself. The purpose of this study is to determine the Predicting the social support of Staff based on the variables of flexibility and optimism. The statistical population consisted of 250 employees of the health center in Sari. Sample size according to Morgan and Krejcy table, 148 individuals were selected randomly (gender). The instrument for collecting data was three standard Questionnaires of Dennis & Vanderwall Flexibility, Noori Optimism and Sherborne & Stuart Social support. The validity of the tool is confirmed by the experts and Specialists. Their reliability for each respectively was 0.83, 0.80 and 0.96. For data analysis, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics of Pearson correlation and multiple regressions were used. The results of the research showed that: There is a relationship between flexibility (r = 515) and optimism (r = 0.392), with social support of employees; and the share of flexibility and optimism is different in predicting the social support of the employees. Also, the flexibility, optimism, and social support of employees Based on gender were not different.
