Sociological analysis of elder abuse (Emphasizing the phenomenon of aging in Tehran)

با استفاده از نظريه زمينه اي، سالمندآزاري در شهر تهران بررسي شد تا الگوي مناسبي جهت ارتقاء كيفيت سالمندي ارائه شود. نمونه پژوهش شامل 20 نفر از سالمندان بود كه به شيوه نمونه گيري هدفمند انتخاب شدند . جامعه آماري پژوهش را مراجعه كنندگان به پزشكي قانوني، اورژانس اجتماعي و ... تشكيل مي داد . ضمن انجام مصاحبه نيمه ساختاريافته با جامعه آماري ، مجموعه اي از مضامين اوليه طي فرايند كدگذاري بازگردآوري و از بطن آنها مقوله هايي استخراج گرديد . سپس در مرحله كدگذاري محوري ، پيوند ميان اين مقوله ها ذيل عناوين شرايط ّعلي ، پديده محوري ، مقوله راهبردي ، شرايط محيطي ، مقوله واسطه اي و مقوله پيامدي در قالب پارادايم تعيين شد . در ادامه و در مرحله كدگذاري گزينشي ، اجزاي پارادايم كدگذاري تشريح ، سير سالمندآزاري ترسيم و نظريه خلق شد. يافته هاي نتايج پژوهش ، 6 مؤلفه اصلى و 39 زيرمؤلفه را براى سالمندآزاري استخراج و آنها را در قالب الگوي نظرى بر مبناى نظريه داده بنياد ارائه نموده است. نتيجه گيري يافته هاي پژوهش ضمن اشاره به نيازهاي بهداشت رواني و جسماني و مسائل خانوادگي ، هيجاني ، سالمندان آزار ديده به شناخت و مفهوم پردازي متغيرهاي مختلف مؤثر بر زندگي اين سالمندان براساس نظريه داده بنياد تأكيد مي‌كند.

Using contextual theory, elder abuse was investigated in Tehran to provide a suitable model for improving the quality of aging. The research sample consisted of 20 elderly people who were selected by purposive sampling. The statistical population of the study consisted of those referring to forensic medicine, social emergency, etc. While conducting a semi-structured interview with the statistical population, a set of basic themes were retrieved during the coding process and categories were extracted from their bellies. Then, in the axial coding stage, the relationship between these categories was determined under the headings of causal conditions, axial phenomenon, strategic category, environmental conditions, intermediate category and consequence category in the form of paradigm. Then, in the selective coding stage, the components of the coding paradigm were described, the course of elder abuse was drawn, and a theory was created. Findings of the research have extracted 6 main components and 39 sub-components for elder abuse and presented them in the form of a theoretical model based on the data theory of the foundation. Conclusion The findings of the study while referring to the needs of mental and physical health and family issues, emotional, Abused seniors emphasize the recognition and conceptualization of various variables affecting the lives of these seniors based on the data theory of the foundation.
