بيان دستاوردهاي دانشمندان و پيشرفتهاي گذشتگان يكي از رسالت هاي هر فرد متعهد در جامعه است . يكي از هزاران موردي كه مي توان به جامعه به عنوان پيشرفت و دستاورد تاريخي ارائه كرد ، پيشرفت هاي گذشته دانشمندان اسلامي در زمينه فيزيك است. در اين مقاله سعي بر آن شده تا خلاصه اي از كارهاي دانشمندان مسلمان در زمينه هاي حركت شناسي و نيرو شناسي ، علم مناظر ( نور شناخت ) ، ترازو و اندازه گيري جرم ويژه و ماشين هاي ساده و اسباب هاي مكانيكي ارائه شود. در آخر هم به بررسي اين موضوع مي پردازيم كه آيا مي توان از دستاوردها و پيشرفتهاي گذشتگان و همچنين از (( ترين )) هاي موجود در كشور براي تدريس فيزيك استفاده كرد؟ در ابتدا بررسي مي شود كه آيا امكان اين كار وجود دارد؟ موانع و مزايا چه هستند؟ روش اصلي در ارائه مطالب به شيوه اسلامي در اين مقاله ، تدريس و اشاره ي غير مستقيم عناوين و اهداف مي باشد نه اينكه مطالب به شكلي جدا و جداي از متن درسي در كتاب آورده شوند. در واقع به دنبال اين هستيم كه بدون آنكه دانش آموز را درگير يادگيري اين مطالب كنيم ، اين موضوعات را به وي القا كرده و در حافظه بلند مدت او ثبت كنيم.
