پيش‌ بيني مسئوليت‌ پذيري بر اساس انگيزش تحصيلي و هوش هيجاني در ميان دانش‌ آموزان مقطع ابتدايي

Predicting responsibility based on academic motivation an‎d emotional intelligence among elementary school students

رفتار مسئولانه از شاخص‌هاي انسان سالم در هر جامعه‌اي به‌حساب مي‌آيد. يكي از اهداف بسيار مهم نظام هاي آموزشي، توسعه‌ي مهارت‌هاي اجتماعي ازجمله مسئوليت‌پذيري است. پژوهش حاضر باهدف «پيش‌بيني مسئوليت‌پذيري بر اساس انگيزش تحصيلي و هوش هيجاني در ميان دانش‌آموزان مقطع ابتدايي»، انجام شد. اين پژوهش ازنظر هدف كاربردي و ازنظر روش توصيفي_همبستگي بود. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش كليه دانش‌آموزان مقطع ابتدايي شهر بروجرد بودندكه از بين آنها 384 نفر به روش نمونه گيري تصادفي با استفاده از جدول مورگان به عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شد. جهت سنجش متغيرهاي موردمطالعه پژوهش از پرسشنامه هاي مسئوليت‌پذيري كاليفرنيا (1987)، انگيزه تحصيلي هرمنس (1970) و هوش هيجاني پترايدز و فارنهام (2002)، استفاده گرديد.. روايي آن توسط اساتيد و پايايي پرسشنامه‌ها با استفاده از ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ به ترتيب 0/7، 0/86، 0/81 برآورد شد. اطلاعات به‌دست‌آمده با استفاده از آزمون ضريب همبستگي و تحليل رگرسيون مورد تجزيه‌وتحليل قرار گرفتند و رابطه بين مسئوليت‌پذيري با انگيزه تحصيلي و مسئوليت‌پذيري با هوش هيجاني تائيد شد.ضرايب رگرسيون متغير پيش بين نشان مي دهد كه انگيزه تحصيلي به ميزان (B=0/453) و هوش هيجاني به ميزان(B=0/187) مي توانند مسئوليت پذيري دانش آموزان را پيش بيني نمايند.

The responsible behavior of healthy human indicators is in any society. One of the most important goals of educational systems is the development of social skills, including social responsibility. The purpose of this study was to "predict accountability based on academic motivation and emotional intelligence among elementary school students." This research was applied to the descriptive method of the problem. The statistical population of this study was all elementary school students in Borujerd, from among them 384 by random sampling using Morgan table as sample size. To measure the research variables in the research, California's responsibility questionnaire (1987), Hermans (1970) motivation (1970) and emotional intelligence and Petrah and Farnham (2002). Its validity was estimated by professors and the reliability of the questionnaires was estimated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.7, 0.86 and 0.81, respectively.The obtained data were analyzed using correlation coefficient and regression analysis and confirmed the relationship between responsibility and academic motivation and liability with emotional intelligence. Predictive variable regression coefficients show that academic motivation (B = 0.453) and emotional intelligence (B = 0.187) can predict students' responsibility.
