زﻣﯿﻨﻪ و ﻫﺪف: ﯾﮑـﯽ از اﺑﻌـﺎد ﻣﻬـﻢ ﭘﺪاﻓﻨـﺪ ﻏﯿﺮﻋﺎﻣـﻞ اﺳـﺘﻔﺎده ﺑﻬﯿﻨـﻪ و ﻣﻨﺎﺳـﺐ ﻧﯿﺮوﻫـﺎي وﻇﯿﻔـﻪ در ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﻫـﺎ اﺳـﺖ ﮐـﻪ ﻣـﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧـﺪ ﺑـﻪ ﭘﺎﯾـﺪاري و اﻧﺴـﺠﺎم ﺑﯿﺸـﺘﺮ ﻧﯿﺮوﻫـﺎي ﻧﻈـﺎﻣ ﯽ ﺑﯿﻨﺠﺎﻣـﺪ . در ﻫﻤـﯿﻦ راﺳﺘﺎ ،در اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺳﻌﯽ ﺷﺪ ﺑـﻪ ﺑﺮرﺳـﯽ ﺗـﺄﺛﯿﺮ ات ﻣﻬـﻢ ﺧـﺪﻣﺖ ﺳـﺮﺑﺎزي ﺑـﺮ ﺷـﺎﺧﺺ ﻫـﺎي ﭘﺪاﻓﻨـﺪ ﻏﯿﺮﻋﺎﻣﻞ ﮐﺸـﻮر در ﻗﺎﻟـﺐ ﻣـﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﻣﻨـﺎﺑﻊ اﻧﺴـﺎﻧﯽ ﻧﯿﺮوﻫـﺎي ﻣﺴـﻠﺢ ﯾﻌﻨـﯽ، ارﺗـﺶ ﺟﻤﻬـﻮري اﺳـﻼﻣﯽ اﯾﺮان، ﺳﭙﺎه ﭘﺎﺳﺪاران اﻧﻘﻼب اﺳﻼﻣﯽ و ﻓﺮﻣﺎﻧﺪﻫﯽ اﻧﺘﻈﺎﻣﯽ ﺟﻤﻬﻮري اﺳﻼﻣﯽ اﯾﺮان ﺑﭙﺮدازد.
روش: روش ﺗﺤﻘﯿــﻖ از ﻧــﻮع ﺗﻮﺻــﯿﻔﯽ- ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻠــﯽ اﺳــﺖ ﮐــﻪ از روش ﻫــﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠــﻒ ﮐﺘﺎﺑﺨﺎﻧــﻪ اي، ﻣﯿــﺪاﻧﯽ و ﻧــﺮم اﻓــﺰاري ﺑــﺮاي ﺗﺠﺰﯾــﻪ وﺗﺤﻠﯿــﻞ داده ﻫــﺎ اﺳــﺘﻔﺎده ﺷــﺪه اﺳــﺖ. ﺑــﺎ ﺗﻮزﯾــﻊ ﺗﻌــﺪاد 51 ﭘﺮﺳﺸــﻨﺎﻣﻪ از اﻓﺴــﺮان ارﺷــﺪ در ﻫــﺮ ﺳــﺎزﻣﺎن ﻧﻈــﺎﻣﯽ ﮐــﻪ ﺳــﻬﻢ ﻫــﺮ ﺳــﺎزﻣﺎن 17 ﭘﺮﺳﺸــﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺑــﻮد اﻫﻤﯿﺖ ﻫﺮﯾﮏ از ﺷـﺎﺧﺺ ﻫـ ﺎي ﺗﺤﻘﯿـﻖ ﻣﺸـﺨﺺ ﮔﺮدﯾـﺪ و ﭘﺎﯾـﺎﯾﯽ اﯾـﻦ ﭘﺮﺳﺸـﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺑـ ﺎ آزﻣـﻮن ﺿـﺮﯾﺐ آﻟﻔــﺎي ﮐﺮوﻧﺒــﺎخ )0/747( ﺑﺰرﮔﺘــﺮ از 0/7 ﺑــﻪ دﺳــﺖ آﻣــﺪ و ﺑــﺎ واردﮐــﺮدن اﻃﻼﻋــﺎت در ﻧــﺮم اﻓــﺰار PASW و EXCEL ﺑﻪ ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ وﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ اﻃﻼﻋﺎت اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ.
ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎ: ﯾﺎﻓﺘـﻪ ﻫـﺎ ﻧﺸـﺎن داد در ﺳـﺎزﻣﺎن ﺳـﭙﺎه ﭘﺎﺳـﺪاران اﻧﻘـﻼب اﺳـﻼﻣﯽ ﺑﻬﺘـﺮﯾﻦ ﻋﻤﻠﮑـﺮد ﻣﺮﺑـﻮط ﺑﻪ ﺗﻀﻌﯿﻒ روﺣﯿـﻪ دﺷـﻤﻦ ﺑـﻮده در ارﺗـﺶ ﺟﻤﻬـﻮري اﺳـﻼﻣﯽ اﯾـﺮان ﻧﯿـﺰ ﺑـﺎﻻﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﺷـﺎﺧﺺ ﺑـ ﺎ اﻣﺘﯿـﺎز 4/6 ﻣﺮﺑــﻮط ﺑــﻪ ﺗﻀــﻌﯿﻒ روﺣﯿــﻪ دﺷــﻤﻦ ﺑــﻮده در ﻓﺮﻣﺎﻧــﺪﻫﯽ ﺟﻤﻬــﻮري اﺳــﻼﻣﯽ اﯾــﺮان ﻧﯿــﺰ ﻫﻤﺎﻧﻨــﺪ ﺳﺎﯾﺮ ﻧﯿﺮوﻫﺎ ﺗﻀﻌﯿﻒ روﺣﯿﻪ دﺷـﻤﻦ در ﺑـﺎﻻﺗﺮﯾﻦ رﺗﺒـﻪ اﻣﺘﯿـﺎزي ﻗـﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘـﻪ و اﻣﺘﯿـﺎز 4/3 را ﺑـﻪ ﺧـﻮد اﺧﺘﺼﺎص داده اﺳـﺖ و ﺗـﻮان رزﻣـﯽ ﻧﯿـﺰ ﺑـ ﺎ اﻣﺘﯿـﺎز 4/1 در رﺗﺒـﻪ دوم ﻗـﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘـﻪ و درﻧﻬﺎﯾـ ﺖ روﺣﯿـﻪ اﯾﺜﺎر ﻧﯿﺰ ﺑﺎ 2/5 اﻣﺘﯿﺎز در رﺗﺒﻪ آﺧﺮ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ.
ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي: ﺧﺪﻣﺖ ﺳﺮﺑﺎزي ﺗﺎﺣـﺪ ﺑﺴـﯿﺎر زﯾـﺎدي ﻣـﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧـﺪ ﺑـﻪ ﻗـﺪرت ﻣﻠـﯽ اﯾـﺮان ﮐﻤـﮏ ﻧﻤـﻮده و ﭘﺪاﻓﻨﺪ ﻏﯿﺮﻋﺎﻣﻞ را در ﺣﻮزه دﻓﺎﻋﯽ و ﻧﻈﺎﻣﯽ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﭼﺸﻢ ﮔﯿـ ﺮي دﻫـﺪ. درﻧﻬﺎﯾـ ﺖ ﻣـﯽ ﺗـﻮان ﺑـ ﺎ آﻣـﻮزش ﻣﺆﺛﺮ اﻗﺪاﻣﺎت ﭘﺪاﻓﻨﺪ ﻏﯿﺮﻋﺎﻣﻞ ﺑﻪ ﺳﺮﺑﺎزان، ﻋﻼوه ﺑـﺮ اﻓـﺰاﯾﺶ ﺗـﻮان رزﻣـﯽ آﻧﻬـ ﺎ در ﻣﻮاﻗـﻊ ﺿـﺮوري آﻧﻬـ ﺎ را ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﺳﻔﯿﺮ ﭘﺪاﻓﻨﺪ ﻏﯿﺮﻋﺎﻣﻞ در ﺳﻄﺢ ﮐﺸﻮر ﻣﺄﻣﻮر ﮔﺴﺘﺮش اﯾﻦ ﻣﻬﻢ ﻗﺮار داد.
چكيده لاتين :
Background and Aim: Passive defense is one of the important dimensions of the optimal and appropriate use of duty forces in organizations, which can lead to greater stability and cohesion of military forces. In this regard, we tried in this research, to examine the important effects of military service on the country's passive defense indicators in the form of human resource management of the Armed Forces, namely the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Revolutionary Guards and the Disciplinary Command of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
Method: The research method is descriptive-analytical that different library, field and software methods have been used to analyze the data. By distributing 51 questionnaires from senior officers in each military organization, the share of which was 17 questionnaires, the importance of each research indicator was determined and the reliability of this questionnaire was obtained by Cronbach's alpha coefficient test (0.747) greater than 0.7 and by entering Data were analyzed in PASW and EXCEL software.
Findings: The findings indicated that in the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Forces, the best performance was related to weakening the enemy's morale. In the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the highest index with a score of 4.6 was related to weakening the enemy's morale. It is in the highest rank and has a score of 4.3, and combat power is in the second rank with a score of 4.1, and finally the spirit of self-sacrifice is in the last rank with 2.5 points.
Conclusion: Military service can greatly contribute to Iran's national power and significantly increase passive defense in the field of defense and military. Finally, by effectively teaching passive defense measures to soldiers, in addition to increasing their combat capability in times of need, they can be assigned as passive defense ambassadors across the country
