Cultural consequences of World War II in Hamedan (1941-1946)

اشغال همدان توسط متفقين در جنگ جهاني دوم پيامدهاي متعددي در زمينه‌هاي اجتماعي، اقتصادي و فرهنگي به دنبال داشت. فعاليت‌هاي فرهنگي- آموزشي منطقه در اين دوره دستخوش تغييرات و تحولات موقت و زودگذر گرديد و تاثيرات جنگ باعث ايجاد شرايطي چون چند پارگي برنامه‌هاي فعالان فرهنگي، فترت فعاليت مطبوعاتي، ركود در عملكرد انجمن‌هاي ادبي، كم رونق شدن فعاليت‌هاي سينما و تئاتر، تعليق آموزش رسمي در مدارس و تعطيلي برخي از آنها در همدان شد. موضوع اين تحقيق بررسي پيامدهاي فرهنگي جنگ جهاني دوم در همدان است. پژوهش حاضر روش و رويكردي توصيفي– تحليلي دارد و اطلاعات به شيوه كتابخانه‌اي- اسنادي و بر اساس گزارش‌هاي موجود گردآوري شده است. اين تحقيق در پي پاسخ به اين سوال است كه حادث شدن جنگ جهاني دوم و اشغال همدان چه پيامدها و تاثيراتي بر اوضاع فرهنگي منطقه داشته و عوامل بروز اين پيامدها چه بوده است؟ يافته‌هاي اين تحقيق نشان مي‌دهد؛ اغلب پيامدهاي فرهنگي- آموزشي به صورت ناپايدار و محدود به دوران اشغال همدان بوده كه به تدريج با تخليه شهر توسط متفقين كاركردهاي مراكز فرهنگي-آموزشي دوباره احياء و فعاليت‌هاي گذشته خيلي سريع از سر گرفته شده است. اين پيامدهاي منفي در حوزه فرهنگي-آموزشي جزو پيامدهاي كوتاه مدت جنگ محسوب مي‌شد. در زمان جنگ اولويت اول مردم رفع نيازهاي اقتصادي بود و نيازهاي فرهنگي- آموزشي در آن دوران اولويت مردم محسوب نمي‌شد.

The Allied occupation of Hamedan in World War II had several social, economic, and cultural consequences. The cultural-educational activities of the region underwent temporary and fleeting changes during this period, and the effects of the war caused conditions such as the fragmentation of cultural activists' programs, the stagnation of press activity, the stagnation in the performance of literary associations, and the decline of activity. Cinema and theater, the suspension of formal education in schools and the closure of some of them in Hamedan. The subject of this research is the study of the cultural consequences of World War II in Hamedan. The present study has a descriptive-analytical method and approach and the information has been collected in a library-documentary manner based on existing reports. This research seeks to answer the question of what were the consequences and effects of the outbreak of World War II and the occupation of Hamedan on the cultural situation in the region and what were the causes of these consequences? The findings of this study show; Most of the cultural-educational consequences were unstable and limited to the occupation of Hamedan, which was gradually revived with the evacuation of the city by the Allies. These negative consequences in the field of culture and education were among the short-term consequences of the war. During the war, the first priority of the people was to meet economic needs, and cultural and educational needs were not considered a priority of the people at that time.
