Variety and diversity of inventions such as: machine power in agriculture sector, has created a high potential capability. Recognition of these progresses and possibilities and their application will prevent wasting of resources. For a better use of this offered occasion, a worthy and capable manager must be in charge for realization of a subtle programme and better use of the company machineries and this, for the increase of agricultural products. For the development and progress of activities of mechanized agricultural companies, it is essential to know their success factors. Knowledge of these factors can be highly effective for their efficiencies. To reach this aim, a research was performed in 2001 at Khorasan province through the field operations over 73 mechanized agricultural companies. The obtained results showed and proved that some factors such as: occupation of members, giving deductions to the farmers, who are members of companies, membership fees, also the presence of a representative, all these factors showed a positive result in production. At the same time, other factors such as: company ownership, available facilities, services provided for members, types of machinery, owners of agricultural machinery, limitations from field size and type of soil and also unit research and development might have negative result on efficiency. In this research, creation of sufficient investment motivation for those who are ready to cooperate in the development of mechanized agricultural companies and farmers for constitution of these types of companies, as well as the utilization of graduated and specialists of agricultural machinery for the improvement of companies activities and providing subsidy facilities of payments for the manufacturers of domestic made agricultural machinery to enhance the quality of their products, are proposed as suggestions.
