A survey on book publishers and publication situation in Yazd Province

This research studies the situation of publishing in Yazd Province at 1370s on the basis of present statistics, using questionnaire, interview, and statistical resources as research tools. Publications development have had an ascending rate totally except in the years 1371(1992AD.) and 1375(1996AD.), but regarding the whole country it is not rested at the proper place. From subject view most titles are published in literature and the least are at arts field and most of the publishers are satisfied with publishing situation. At the end some suggestion and recommendations are offered.
