  • چكيده لاتين
    Investigated the extent of user satisfaction of services at the library information centers (National Iranian oil Company, National Petrochemical Industries Company, at Petroleum Industries Research Center). A survey method was applied to collect information through a researcher-developed questionnaire. Research population consred 6250 members of the library and information centers. Findings showed that the satisfaction was good (73%). Users were most satisfied (78%) with the behavior and capability of librarians. The lowest satisfaction (67%) was from the reference department.
