بررسي تاثير عامل شيب بر ميزان مازاد مقطوعات درختان راش به روش بنيه بري (مطالعه موردي : قطعه 23، سري يك امامزاده ابراهيم گيلان )

A Study of Slope Effects on Slash of Beech Trees Using Log Method(Case Study in the Emamzadeh Ebraheem Forests)

Beech (Fagus orientalis Lipsky) tree is one of the main endemic species in North Iran. In total 456 (n1=n2=228) samples were collected from beech stands in Emamzadeh Ebraheem area, two slope classes (below 50% and above 50%) were selected as the statistical study area. The cordwood volume in the low slope area was V1=0.2722±0.0257m^3 while in the higher slope area V2=0.4462t0.043m^3 Null hypothesis Ho: X1=X2 was carried out on variance and mean of measured variables. The results showed the null hypothesis rejected (tc=6.96 > tt =3.31) in a level of a=0.001. The same hypothesis was carried out on the Stump and Log variables. The results indicatedthat slope significantly affects the quantity of slash remaining in the study area.
