چكيده لاتين :
Todayʹs world concerns the psychological changes of people those are greater than the economic and political changes. If people donʹt respect themselves, donʹt seek selfempoweringg, and do not trust their own minds and thoughts, can not achieve success in the society and organizations. Most people do not believe in their capabilities, for change. Indeed every body can change and every body can grow. Some people credit this wrong idea that tomorrow will be the same as yesterday. Most people are not aware of this fact that they can change their life in their own way, and can take responsibility for it. This idea leads to the realization of inability. Since one or two decades ago, empowering employees sees among the most important duties of every managers. But only those managers can empower their employees that initially have empowered themselves. This article delves in to this subject and defines self-empowering, and then investigates prerequisites, symptoms, and outcomes of self-empowering.
