Book Review:Essentials of Organization and Management2

In an organization, a good knowledge of its structure, the management and their connection is of crucial importance. It can motivate various departments and cause their promotion. It can also help the present and future managers to obtain a deeper insight and understanding of the affairs. The revision of the books written in this respect and reflecting their inadequacies and merits can indeed decrease their ambigutiy while increasing their comprehensibility. Simple yet coherent texts being inspiring are better appreciated by the readers. In the present paper, the form and content of the above mentioned title are investigated.
