طراحي مدل قيمت جابجايي مسافر در جاده هاي بين شهري ايران

The system of road transportation is one of the most important transportation systems in transportation of goods and passenger and it has a high value on transportation in developing countries. This system is divided to two parts infrasubstructure and fleets. In installation of substructure part, the investor in substructure installing is government with the goal of increasing public comfort, social justice and international credit and in fleet part the investor is the private sector. The goal of the investment in the fleet part is, increasing the profit with respect to servicing users of the system. If in this investment the profit of investment is more than the interest rate of the bank so it is reasonable, otherwise the private sector has no willing to invest. Therefore with this out look apprise of the road transportation in good and passengerʹs part is very important in the economic studies. In this paper development of the price model for the passenger service in road according to cost index with economic engineering techniques for Iran is proposed. During of the paper after the inspection of effective different problems in the road passenger, it inspects the total expense in person - kilometer distance and this study is based on real price in year 2002. And finally the price of passenger service according to person - kilometer distance is calculated on the designed model.
