Based on the present study, strengthening of institutional mechanisms have had a constructive role in resolving stablization and security crisis in Afghanistan. Such mechanisms can reduce and alleviate the effect of insecurity created by microsystems in Afghanistan society. For this purpose, in the present study, by considering the factors and variables involved in the process of events and insecurity conditions insurgency elements in political and social structure of Afghanistan, an attempt has been made to explain and analyze inter-institutional initiatives as well as reinforcing mechanisms in the process of establishing security in that country.
