چكيده لاتين :
This study aims to investigate the most important interfering factors which create stress and the relationship between of the factors and personnel performance. The facrors are divided into two general categories: organizational and environmental.
The most important factors which are considered include role ambiguity, role conflict, role overload (quantitative and qualitative), progress route and responsibility. Results show that the factors have a positive correlation with stress. Furthermore, there is a correlation between circumferential factors.
Also the results of the study show that the correlation between organizational factors and stress is more strong.
This study focuses on the organizational factors and their relationship with stress. It also considers the effect of stress on the personnel efficiency.
