شبيه سازي فرآيند فلوفرم لوله هاي جدار نازك

In this paper, tube spinning or flow forming process is investigated by finite element method and LS-DYNA software. By obtaining distribution of stress and strain in contact zone between tube and rollers and regions around it, forming mechanism of process is described. The results of simulation well explain build up and diameteral grows and agree well with theoretical and experimental results obtained by other researchers.
