چكيده لاتين :
We are constantly evaluating others and being evaluated. People
evaluate in varying degrees and make use of its results to maintain and
improve communication and life. To improve the capabilities of their
personnel, organizations arrange different programmes the base of which is
the data obtained from the performance appraisals and evaluation. Besides
defining evaluation and distinguishing between formal and informal
evaluation, the present paper discusses the significance of evaluation in
different periods of personnel training and work along with the basic aims of
evaluation. Then, the current types of personnel evaluation are exactly
explained and the practical realizations of each type are presented.
