Man from the beginning of his creation has continuously been on the line of various changes and transformations in such a way that modern perspectives, different concepts , and new issues have preoccupied his seeking mind. As Cronyn says:"life is not a straight path to be stepped on freely without any trouble;it is a labyrinthine track which man should discover" Among the words which stood out in the last decade is globalization, which implies the nature of man in finding new opportunities for obtaining potential and actual capabilities of surrounding the environment. The use of this word dates back to 1990s and the start of increase in the power of the private section in global systems, the conditions under which the modern global order in its new form became free of traditional ideas associated with land, country, and border.
