This paper provides an extensive review on issues such as thermal insulation, insulation and steam barrier and prevention of condensation in building. Several essential operational details are also specified.
The architectural details are stated with regard to conventional construction materials used in the United States of America and Canada and also the latest knowledge and technology in these countries, which may not be applicable directly for construction engineers, but comprehensive knowledge regarding new construction technologies and materials is necessary so that construction technology in Iran can begin to transform.
