Investigation of relationship between social capital and intrapreneurship in Arak Wagon Pars is the title of this research.
The evolution from an industry society to a knowledge society is characterized by the rapid growth of intangible assets and social activities with regard to tangible resource and physical based processes. Due to these issues, social capital is one of the forms of capital of the World Bank classification that is acquiring most important. On the other hand entrepreneursliip as an individual or organizational level of behavioral phenomenon cannot merely be understood in terms of "personality characteristics" or in sterile economic terms, we should consider social activities and social networks as a key factor in intrapreneurship. So to be successful, an entrepreneur needs to develop special insights.
The main objectives of this research are as follow:
1- Measurement of relationship between social capital (and its dimentions i.e. cognitive and structural) and imrapreneurship.
2- Measuring weaknesses and strengthes of Arak Wagon Pars, and providing effective solutions to remove these weaknesses.
In order to obtain these objectives, Statistical hypothesis were designed, and analyzed with Statistical tests.
Results of this research indicate: there are positive relationships between social capital (and its dimensions i.e. cognitive and structural) and intrapreneurship. This research also shows: structural dimension of social capital is more important than cognitive in wagon pars, and innovation is the most important factor among other factors
