Investigation of heavy metal resistance pattern in bacterial isolates from industrial wastewater

In this research, three samples of the wastewater from famous industrial factories of Isfahan have been chosen. After specifying the amount of heavy metals, resistant bacteria have been isolated and the pattern of their resistance was assigned bv MIC. Multi metal resistance has also been examined. According lo the acquired results, the greatest resistance has been related to the Zn li s maximum MIC in the second and third wastewater is 24 111M thatʹs related to the such bacteria as Coryne bacterium, Enlrocoeeus facealis and if s minimum MIC is 8, 12 mM thatʹs of Cilrobacter and some of Bacillus .The minimum degree of resistance is related lo Cu. Itʹs maximum MIC in the second and third effluent is 4 mM ol" Moraxella. Pseudomonas and if s minimum is arranged as 1 mM related to Klebsiella pneomoniae an 2 mM related lo the genus of Bacillus. Providencia and Staphylococcus aureus .In examining mulvi metal resistant , all isolates have shown resistance to Cd , Pb and Zn (except one ease). Mosl of resistant isolates are gram positive exeludingCu resistant bacteria
