چكيده لاتين :
The word productivity has different meanings for different people; such as more output with keeping expenses at fixed extent of inputs. Limitation of resource availability, increase of population and growth of human needs, have caused those directors of: economy, politics, society, directorship and organization, set the growth of productivity as their priorities. Factors which influence the productivity of organizations include external factors (like cultural, economic, social factors) and internal factors (like human resources, organizational climate, salary, workers training , technology, encouragement& reward, culture of organization, management style and quality of work life etc...).In this research the effect of work life quality is considered as an internal factor on the productivity of workers. The research involved 773 employees form Iran (Tehran) National Oil Products Distribution Company. Research conclusions indicate that there is a meaningful & direct relation between quality of work life and workers productivity. And it has been confirmed by the examination of correlation between quality of work life indicators with workers productivity.
