چكيده لاتين :
After each seismic event huge amount of data are registered on seismograms and other devices collecting these data through various seismic networks around the world. These data can then be filtered, processed and analyzed over and over for different purposes. In order to store and easily retrieve these raw and processed data with different characteristics like size, type and accessibility in a relational database, a data model using Entity Relationship Model (ERM) is presented here. In this study data are divided into following categories:
1. Information regarding seismic stations and networks
2. Different type of filters and devices used at monitoring stations
3. Data processing methods and obtained results
4. Data regarding a seismic event and the archiving process.
Data model of each category is described by an ERM separately. Joining these ERMs together with an associative link constitute a data model that can be used to build an information system for seismic data.
