Analyzing Documents of "946" Article of Civil Law about Wife Inheritance

According to "946" article, wife is sometimes deprived to inherit some properties of her husband. But there are some disputes between jurists in this regard; For example, Imam Bagher says, wife doesnʹt inherit village, home, arms and quadraphonic but she only inherit carpets, clothes and house furniture. According to Mohaghegh Ardbilliʹs viewpoint, wife has more deprivations. Ebn Abi Amir says, if wife has child, sheʹ II inherit agriculture land. This tradition is more disputable. In this research the author considers above opinions and analyses them.
