The Relationship of Conceptual skills with satisfaction and job Function among supervisors in one of Isfahan Industrial Factories

This relation has been studied the relation between conceptual skill and jobʹs function among 50 supervisors in one of Esfahan industrial factories. To assess their conceptual skills, they are wanted to complete soltaniʹs conceptual skills questionnaire. arganization work are used consequentially to evaluate job satisfaction and job function. Job satiafaction questionnaire is completed by employee and job function questionnaire by supervisor or manager. The result of the research indicated that only job function has meaningful correlation with conceptual skills. But there was no meaningful result between job satisfaction and conceptual skills and also with job function. The result of regression analysis indicated that only conceptual skills have meaningful relation with job function (p<0/05) and they can only forsees the job function, But there is no meaningful relation between them and job satisfaction. The outcome of research showed that conceptual skills have influenced programming, organizing, grouping and managers decisions. It is concluded that more balance of this skills can influence the managersʹ function.
