The Effects of Recent Drought(1984-2003) on Social and Economical System in Naein City Case: Small Villages of Khoorobeyabanak County

Khoor and Byabanak section includes three small villages : Nakhlestan , Beyabanak and Jandagh. They are far from sources of moisture and they always face with continual droughts. So one can find dry biome , sever evaporation and slight rain with dry climate there. All the mentioned factors have a direct effect on economical and social organization of this section systematically(agriculture, industry , population changes , employment condition and immigration) which clarify the importance of study of mentioned issue. The aim of this research is to recognize the effects and rates of drought on economical and social structure of the region in thementioned sections and different methods for coping with existing effects of drought in this area . This research is done by descriptive-analyzing method and field survey in Naein town ship and necessary information and census is prepared by, province planning and management organization, Naein town ship jahad organization, meteorology organization, annual census , census office and housing and research survey. The research show that carpet making is the main part of economical section (employment -income )in the rural areas of Khoor and Beyabanak and has a prominent role among the other section and this section also is influenced less than other factors by droughts and around %30.5 percentage of population of this section involve in carpet making except for drought factors ,management factor also has an important role in economical-social under developing of villages in this section .If we pay more attention to developing industrial activities such as :mine operation (stone , potas, silicon,... )and improvement of industrial workplaces and civil activities and securing water and electricity, we can decrease the rate of rural immigration to large extent.
