Women and the right of having social positions (The study of some part of the issue B article 7 of convention of removing discrimination against women)

People of a society whether men or women have equal rights in political participation and social positions, that is mentioned in the issue B article 7 of convention of removing discrimination against women. The writer of this article has studied different religious sources of Imamiye sect to find that whether women in an Islamic society can be leaders, judges and president or no. The results of the study show that women are not forbidden to be leaders, judges and president, but because they have another important role and function in the family, these positions are not suitable for them.
