The short - term training course of DAFOOS and Staff performance

The main purpose of this essay is to study the relation between the short - term training course of DAFOOS and its Staff performance. The main presumption of this paper is that taere ia a meaningful relation between this short-term training course and staff (trainees) performance. This is an applied research completed by using descriptive - surveying method. The duration of this research is limited to the time after completion of the first and second short - term training course of DAFOOS and beginning of the work of the trainees at law enforcement section in 2008 .The population of this study included 109 graduates of the training courses aforementioned. The data were collected by a questionnaire consisted of 24 questions with required validity and reliability without sampling and in form of all-enumerating (105 questionnaires),collected data were analyzed using SPSS software and chi - square (X2).The results indicate that there is a significant relation between short - term training course of DAFOOS and variants like capability, organizational commitment, motivation and job of understanding personnel.
