The Jurisprudent Principles of Child Adoption, a Survey of the Global Declaration of the Child Rights

The Islamic rights and the global declaration of the child rights have enumerated a great number of rights for children, including the child adoption. It is in fact considered as one of the indisputable principles in both Islamic jurisprudence and the global declaration of the child rights on the grounds that the child is feeble, and thus s/he would be sustained. This common-sense approach has been stressed in Islamic jurisprudence, which is based on the holy Quran verses and hadiths. This article attempts to survey the child adoption from jurisprudent and legal standpoints.
