Emotional Intelligence of the Managers in Islamic Azad University

The goal of the present study was to investigate the emotional intelligence among all managers working in Islamic Azad University (IAU). 554 managers were randomly selected from among all the IAU managers. Siberia-Shring emotional intelligence questionnaire was used to collect data. The LSD follow-up analysis indicates that there is a significant difference among the emotional intelligence indices among the managers in all districts (p<0.05, F=2.297). The mean score of emotional intelligence in district 1 is less than that in 2 and 8, district 2 is more 3, 6, 10, 12, district 5 is more than 6, district 6 is less than 7, 8, district 7 is more than 6, district 8 more than 10, 12.
