Evaluation of Microsegregation During Dendritic Solidification of a Binary Alloy Using Phase Field Method and Analytical Models

در اين پژوهش ريزجدايش در انجماد جهت‌دار دندريتي با استفاده از شبيه‌سازي به وسيله روش ميدان فازي و مدل‌هاي تحليلي موجود مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. مقايسه نتايج به دست آمده از شبيه‌سازي عددي و حل معادله‌هاي تحليلي نشان داد كه در شرايط مورد بررسي، روابط تحليلي مقاديري بيش از آنچه توسط شبيه‌سازي به دست آمده را پيش بيني كرده اند. اين امر هم براي شرايط وجود نفوذ در جامد هم عدم وجود آن صادق بوده است. همچنين در محدوده‌اي از كسر جامد، نتايج شبيه‌سازي و مدل‌هاي تحليلي تطابق مناسبي دارند كه با زياد شدن كسر جامد اختلاف بين آنها افزايش مي‌يابد.

In this research microsegregation in the dendritic directional solidification has been investigated using phase field simulation and some of analytical models. Comparison of the numerical and analytical results showed that in the investigation conditions, the analytical equations overestimated the phase field simulation results. It is found under both back diffusion and no back diffusion conditions. In a range of the solid fraction numerical and analytical results were comparable and difference between them was increased by increasing of the solid fraction.
