چكيده لاتين :
This research was carried out within 7 months in Dikjeh area of Gonbad in Golestan province and during that the relationship between unsaturated fatty acids of common carp {Cyprinus carpio) with average weight (705±136.93 g) and length (27.92±2.06 cm) in 15 ponds (10 ha) and value of fatty acids were investigated. Docosahexaenoic acid (0.44-4.47), eicosapantaenoic acid (0.16-3.62), arachidonic acid (1.23-4.61), linoleic acid (6.56-23.48) and linolenic acid (1.85-4.03) was measured. Sum of n-3 and n-6 was (5.15 and 20.91) respectively, DHA to EPA ratio (1.61) and £SFA (23.52) (mgr/gr dry weight) was calculated. Acording to the pearson statistics, between C18:2n-6 with C20:4n-6 (P<0.01), between C20:4n-6 with EPA and DHA (P<0.01) and between EPA with DHA (P<0.01) significant correlation were showed. So, fatty acids influence eachother.
