Providing an Appropriate Model to Determine the Priorities of Cultural Centers and Their Iranian Approach-Evolutions Based on the Islamic (Cultural Organization of Mashhad Municipality- Artistic: Case study)

This article identifies the priorities of cultural centers and their evolutions based on the Islamic- Iranian approach. It initially considers the importance of cultural institutions and organization, their functions and their role in the cultural development, and discusses the importance and necessity of such research in the country. According to the research conducted in cultural artistic city of Mashhad, the statistical society, research objectives, questions and hypotheses are discussed and the hypotheses test results are presented. In conclusion, the model for the evolutions in cultural centers is designed and presented.
