Using Degree of Adaptive (DOA) Model in Compensatory and Noncompensatory Situation for Partner Selection in Supply Chain

Determining the criteria and attributes is primary stage for partner selection in supply chain, this stage is done based on literature review and opinions in field research in this paper. The next stage is presenting a model for suitable partner selection. In this paper selecting one supplier as partner from one supplier is considered and the model evaluates supplier competence for selection. The Degree of Adoptive (DOA) model in compensatory and noncompensatory situation has used for this purpose, the DOA model measures and compares the supplier situation in criteria to the standard or acceptance situation. After implementing models the results and suggestion has issued.
