چكيده لاتين :
This paper has been studied waqf experiences in japan, England and U.S. The author believes that these countries are experienced in the field of waqf management and should be used in optimum managing of Islamic endowment. For this purpose, at first different dimensions of owqaf in these countries are presented, then different kinds of waqf institutes and the elements, motivations and incentives for their developing are intro¬duced. Using dividing motivations and incentives in two parts of material and spiritual, he believes that material and spiritual motivations are domi¬nated in non-Islamic and Islamic countries, respectively. He proposed that Islamic countries use material motivations to waqf development. Also, he explained about some of new institutes in west and suggested to establish institutes like them in Islamic countries. At the end, the differences and similarities of these countries and Islamic countries are presented and us¬ing of experiences of these countries are explained, in detail.
