Nowadays, we can find less organization or institution that would not need other firms for offering its goods and or services .Therefore, different organizations cooperate for producing a good or offering a service. These organizations noticed that the benefit resulted from this corporation is more than the ways without cooperation with other companies. In the past times, organizations had a short-term cooperation and communication and were thinking of maximum profit in short term. But today these organizations have ling term relations and thinking of together benefits. So, one of the approaches responding to long term relations , more profiting and information sharing of organizations is supply change managements CM).
In this article, we state the definition and main factors of SCM, referent model of supply chain operation and its levels and then a case study in a sample production company regarding global model processes of SCORE will be studied. Then regarding the best SCOR global model performances, the gap between performances and its related processes will be identified and at last development projects will be specified and prioritized.
